We currently are shipping to Australia, New Zeeland and the U.K. and we have a $1000.00 (USD) maximum
on UK, Australian and New Zeeland orders!  If you would like to place an order over $1000.00 please call or email me!

PAYMENT

Australian, New Zeeland and UK orders placed through our website must be payed using PayPal! 

If you prefer, payments can be made through direct wire transfer of funds to our bank.

If you would like to pay by a direct wire transfer when placing an order:  Email us with the item number or numbers and we will then pull the items out of stock for you. 

We will then email you the total order cost including shipping and instructions so that your bank can wire transfer the funds directly and securely to our bank.

We will ship your order out a soon as the funds have been cleared.

The BCG Layaway Plan can also be used for Australia, New Zeeland and UK orders! 

Australian, New Zeeland and UK Buyers are responsible for all Duties and Taxes!

SHIPPING

Please provide a complete address for delivery during business hours. Orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. If shipping is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We use insured First Class USPS Mail International, for all Australian, New Zeeland and UK orders.  We currently do not offer Express deliveries to Australia, New Zeeland or the UK.

To save you money on shipping charges, the larger jewelry items will be shipped in silk pouches instead of the larger, heavier, gift boxes!

REFUND POLICY

There are NO REFUNDS on Australian, New Zeeland or UK orders!
