Gemstone Alignment Block

These Gemstone Alignment Blocks are made of solid steel and they are milled to exact specifications to give you a flat smooth surface to set your girdle facet on after transferring your gemstone. It gives you the advantage of being able to see, as well as feel, that your gemstone is realigned to the correct index setting after transferring your gemstone from the first dop to the second dop.
Simply put your lap on your faceting machine, gently set the Gemstone Alignment Block upright on the lap, set your faceting machine at 90 degrees, then set your girdle facet on the Gemstone Alignment Block and check for proper alignment. I also use it for setting the table adapter to the correct index also. I simply lay the Gemstone Alignment Block flat on the lap, which then gives me a flat smooth surface to align the table adapter on.
The Alignment Block works fast and easy and they are very accurate! I wouldn't try to facet gemstones without one!
